I saw this post couldn't resist commenting. I do indeed remember Midnight Madness. I actually saw it in the movie theater with my parents when it came out. First Michael J. Fox movie I think...

Lionel - thanks for commenting! When I mentioned Midnight Madness, I was SURE no one would remember it! I had forgotten MJF was in it until you mentioned it, though. I distinctly remember the geeky guy (Eddie Deezan, the quintessential movie geek) and that the "star" was the Dr. Pepper commercial guy. ("Wouldn't you like to be a Pepper, too?")

Thanks for jogging my memory a little more. :)
